The Truth About Love

I was listening to Cathy’s podcast on Valentine’s Day and it hit me right in the consciousness. Although I’ve been on this journey of cultivating more self-love for myself, it still hits me every time to realise that I’ve been ‘outsourcing’ my love to others, always seeking for approval in order to feel loved.
