When you return to your child-like energy
Would a child ever learn to walk if they said ‘That’s not possible’? Would anything be invented if someone decided ‘that’s not possible’?
I’ve been told many times in my life that I’m not realistic and practical. I’m an abstract thinker and a creative person. It reflects even in the way I write my articles, I always start with an image as I’m a very visual person. But as I got to know who I really am over the years, and then became a coach myself, I began to own my dreamer and child-like energy that a lot of people are void of nowadays.
And it’s a strength that I proudly claim. Diving into starting my own business has given me a lot of perspectives about failure and mistakes. It’s very much like learning to walk, you fall the first time, and then you get back up again, and try again while being whole-heartedly engaged with what you do.
