About me (finally!)

I’ve been putting off writing about myself for the longest time ever. It’s a mix of being a perfectionist and the fear of defining myself. It’s hard to comprehend — even for myself at times what I’ve been up to in my life as a curious seeker and multi-passionate being. It’s been a wild and wonderful ride with lots of lessons along the way about who I am, who I want to be, and who I am becoming.

This photo brings me back to the truth of who I am — believing. Looking into the eyes of my younger self, I tuned into the message I’m here to deliver through my writing and life’s work. To believe. To breathe possibility and play into everyday challenges. To sprinkle a bit of fairy dust and sparkles in people’s lives by just showing up as my authentic self.

As far as I can remember, I’ve always loved colors, music, and art. I’ve always been creative and expressive. I loved sharing about what I’m discovering. I even had a whiteboard in my dining room as a kid, dare to say that I was an educator since my childhood! Somewhere along the way, this sparkle was dampened by education systems and troubling times at home. This voice became muted and suffocated, double-downed by my own criticism and judgment.

At the very young age of 18, I suffered from a series of health issues and chronic pain. The medical world offered no answers or solutions. It gave me more questions and…
